Return Policy
Returns are only accepted for functional problems within 7 days of the original purchase date. Returns are accepted only if the issue cannot be resolved by a technician at the customer’s home.
Important Restrictions:

Appliances that are picked up by the customer or self-installed do not qualify for any return.

Returns for non-functional reasons (change of mind, wrong model, color, size, etc.) are not accepted.

Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for returning the appliance to the store for approved returns. Customer-requested pickup services will incur additional fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only after we receive and inspect the item.

Customers may be responsible for any bank, credit card, or transaction/processing fees.
All returns must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any return that does not meet our conditions.
